Services and advice we provide

Implementation and advice on insurance for our clients to transfer their risks, this includes risk identification through needs analysis, research of policies and their benefits and limitations, negotiation with insurers to obtain appropriate coverage and pricing, processing and delivery of policies & related documentation.

Ongoing client liason during the period of their insurance programme, this can include advice on current coverage and provision of certificate of currencies to interested parties on behalf of the client or change of address or updates of clients file records. Usually these type of enquires do not require excessive time will be provided as part of the client administration fee shown on our invoices, but we reserve the right to charge a fee for service if necessary.

Claims services service includes the registration of claims with insurers, claim form and acknowledgements sent to clients, check of claim form and supporting documentation, forward documentation to insurer, clarify any information required to settle the claim promptly and in the best interest of the client. Send the client the settlement of the claim. If assessment of a claim is required by an insurer we will assist with this process as well.

Renewal of policies we engage in a renewal process which includes making sure the renewal is obtained from the insurer in timely manner, checking details of renewal are correct, forwarding the renewal terms to the client, reviewing and making any necessary changes for the client, collection of premiums from clients and remittance to insurer and confirmation of renewal.

Clients record management is important and all our clients files and records are stored on secure electronic filing systems, within security premises and with security access passwords and back up procedures in the event castrophe eg fire at our premises.

Policy wording legal service for our professional indemnity clients who need legal advice on their policy wordings, exclusions and endorsements.

Premium funding arrangements can be made for clients who wish to pay their premiums by monthly instalments.
